Date: 1910 - 1914
Description/Historical Information: Four men leaning against a large boiler that they are installing, presumably somewhere in the district. Despite extensive research, it is not known where this was. They are somewhat precariously perched over the area where boards to stand on were added later. There are pipes, etc., underneath the boiler that were later out of site. It would have been easier to install such a large piece of equipment and then build around it and we can see that [external?] walls were being built around the installation.
Also see the boiler and these men on VLA9862 and VLA9863 when the work was almost completed.
